Toben specializes in energy efficiency program design, evaluation and implementation support. Toben helps utilities with research, pilot program innovation and  regulatory support to achieve clean energy goals.  Toben focuses on managing large projects and achieving impactful outcomes that advance clean energy goals.

Principal

Stu helps utilities and state government agencies to plan, design, evaluate, and advance the regulatory framework for energy efficiency.   Stu's areas of expertise include energy efficiency code development and assessment, potential studies, and extensive EM&V project management.

Senior Engineer

Kevin supports clients with extensive experience in research, planning, design, and evaluation of electric and natural gas energy efficiency programs. He applies his engineering background to analyze energy savings of existing technologies and assess emerging market opportunities. Kevin specializes in commercial and industrial markets.

Project Manager

Timea leads our customer satisfaction team, including  development of on-line and phone surveys, with supporting analysis. Timea has experience characterizing energy savings measures for Technical Reference Manuals and developing customer journey maps and program theory and logic models. 

Senior Engineer

 Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager with over 15 years of experience. Adam excels in energy management, data analysis, HVAC systems, and building optimization. 

Project Manager

 Meagan is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) with 17+ years of experience in designing and managing energy efficiency and sustainability programs.  

Project Manager

Greg manages our special projects. This often includes  coordination of field energy metering studies, participant recruitment, and telephone survey research with customers and trade contractors.  

Office Manager

Kika provides administrative  services for the Skytop Team. She has experience with operations management for energy and sustainability focused companies.
